Jellyfish are not really fish. they are invertebrates, that they have no backbone. they are actually made up of 95% water and the rest is made up of protein and solid matter. A group of jellyfish is called a bloom or a swarm,
Jellyfish can be found in many shapes, sizes, and in various colors, normally they are an umbrella or domed shaped with long tentacles running down. They don’t have a brain, blood or a heart.
Jellyfish can be transparent, some are so clear, they are near invisible and hard to see.the jellies don’t chase their prey, they wait for the food to come to them. Some jellyfish can be so transparent and clear, that they are almost invisible to others around them.
Some species of jellyfish use a method of jet propulsion to swim through the water, they push pulsed jets of water from beneath their bodies, that action propels them forward, others attach themselves to objects like seaweed and floating debris to get by.
The diet of a jellyfish is varied, they eat almost anything that comes across their way, their food can be anything from microscopic plants (phytoplankton), copepods, small fish eggs, larvae amongst other small aquatic animals they are opportunistic predators.

The length of the jellyfish tentacles varies with different species, the tentacles have powerful toxins in their cells, they use the tentacles to stun or paralyze their prey, or to defend themselves from predators. Some species of jellyfish can have very powerful toxins, which could kill a prey instantly.
