Star Wars is an American epic space movie collection created by George Lucas. The movies depict a galaxy described as “far, far away” in the distant past, and portray Jedi as an illustration of good, in battle with the Sith, the evil counterpart. The Star Wars storyline comprises of many themes, with references from religion and philosophy. The events depicted in Star Wars sequences happen in a fictional galaxy. Different species of alien creatures, and humanoid and robotic droids, are to be found. Travelling in space is standard. The Galactic Republic, where many planets are members of the galaxy, is known as the Galactic Empire.
